1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, certificates, tags, and any accompanying materials.
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Items marked as "Final Sale."
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery (including resizing or modifications by third parties).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at RFJewelers24@gmail.com
• Include photos and a description of the issue.
• Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

4. Return Process

• Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return authorization.
• Once authorized, ship the item back using a trackable shipping service and insurance. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error by RF Jewelers.
